We may collect personal information including your name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, payment and transaction information, and information you submit through our website, coaching application, waitlist or other forms.
If you apply for or become a VAI 1:1 coaching client, we may also collect information relevant to providing your coaching service, including your training goals, training history, exercise performance, nutrition information, progress information and other information you choose to provide during the coaching relationship.
If you purchase a VAI Programme, we may collect information required to process your purchase, provide access to the programme, administer your account and provide customer support.
If you join the VAI Programmes waitlist, we will collect your email address so that we can provide programme launch updates, early-access information and other communications you have requested.

Lawful bases for using your information
We only process personal information where we have an appropriate lawful basis.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Contract — where processing is necessary to provide coaching, a purchased programme or another service you have requested.
- Consent — where you have actively agreed to a particular use of your information, such as certain marketing communications.
- Legitimate interests — where necessary for the operation and improvement of VAI, customer service, security or other legitimate business purposes, provided those interests do not override your rights and interests.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process or retain information to comply with applicable law.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
The ICO requires organisations to identify and communicate the applicable lawful basis for their processing.

We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of the service providers we use may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards are followed.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing our services and meeting legal, accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
When personal information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Marketing and programme updates
If you join the VAI Programmes waitlist, we will use the email address you provide to send communications relating to VAI Programmes, including launch information and early-access updates.
